Overview:
ADCs form a group of new pharmaceutically active molecules with significant potential benefits for patients. Recent structural advancements have further enhanced their pharmaceutical appeal, leading to increased development efforts by many companies. However, analysing ADCs presents unique challenges, requiring both ligand binding assays and LC-MS/MS assays.
During this webinar hosted by Bioanalysis Zone, ICON's experts will discuss the complexities of ADC assays and how they can be best optimised.
Topics will include:
- Bioanalytical considerations for selecting the right assays
- Bioanalytical development and validation parameters specific to ADCs
