For the sixth consecutive year, ICON has been named a recipient of the CRO Leadership Award
In 2023, ICON was pleased to receive the CRO Leadership awards in five categories; Capabilities, Compatibility, Expertise, Quality and Reliability, spanning Big Pharma, Small Pharma and Overall segments. ICON was the strongest performing CRO, exceeding customer expecations in 14 of 15 areas surveyed. Additionally, in the Individual Attribute Awards, ICON was recognised as:

The CRO Leadership Awards, developed by Life Science Leader Magazine and ISR, are based on customer feedback gathered in an annual CRO quality benchmarking survey by ISR. 46 service providers were evaluated on 20+ different performance metrics.
