Commercial invoices – UK clinical trial sites shipping to ICON Dublin
Information for clinical trial sites in the United Kingdom shipping to ICON Dublin
As the United Kingdom (UK) is no longer part of the European Union Customs Union, it is now necessary to conduct customs clearances for all UK shipments. This requires every shipment entering and exiting the UK to be accompanied by a commercial invoice.
For sites in the UK specifically shipping to ICON Dublin, the commercial invoices required to facilitate both Frozen and Ambient/Refrigerated shipments have been uploaded below for ease of access and can be downloaded by UK sites. Both of these commercial invoice templates have been pre-populated with the information required to send shipments to ICON Dublin and include the completion instructions UK sites will need to prepare the invoice before handing over the shipment and invoice to the courier driver.
