Barbara Aldieri has spent the majority of her career in the healthcare industry, with specific expertise in product management, product development and market/customer research. She has been at Symphony Health for over 12 years. Her current role of Senior Director of Product Management has been focused on managing and developing Targeting & Compensation product suite offerings, national market measurement solutions, patient-based products and services as well as additional data strategies to increase value for industry professionals. Barbara is a graduate of Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and advanced education in Statistics and Research Design. She also achieved Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
Tony Bavaro
Tony is Senior Director for Client Success at Symphony Health, and ICONplc company. Tony has 28 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical support industry, including various consulting, service, and client management roles. He has a consistent record of delivering first-in-class insights, solutions, and support to clients and partners. Tony also has extensive experience as an educator having taught on an adjunct basis at several New York metro area colleges and universities.
Rick Rosenthal
Rick Rosenthal leads the Products and Partnerships team at Symphony Health, infusing a focus on patient experiences and client needs into Symphony’s offerings. During his 30-year career in life sciences he progressed through roles in sales, training, and brand marketing at Johnson & Johnson, and led consulting teams at Health Strategies Group, Cognizant, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Rick is an economics graduate of Tufts University. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustees and Quality Committee at Hunterdon Health, a leading community health system in New Jersey.
