A digital solution available on the FIRECREST site portal that automates, accelerates and tracks medical questions from the site for quicker resolution.

The FIRECREST system is programmed with medical query routing according to region and role and enabling automatic question notifications and routing to appropriate medical monitor:

Providing governance and control of who can respond to questions.
Supporting direct interaction between appointed medical monitor and the site contact for clarification of detail and reducing misunderstanding.
Central storage of questions and answers in the site portal enabling export into a clear pdf for filing in the eTMF.
Questions, answers and other metadata are tracked in an exportable excel document providing oversight of the process.
